Can the Prediction of Intrauterine Insemination Results by Used Aniline Blue Stain (ABS) and Sperm Chromatin Dispersion (SCD) Levels?

Introduction: This study aimed to perform routine seminal fluid analysis, sperm DNA fragmentation, and function tests at the chromatin maturation level evaluate pregnancy in patients passing intrauterine insemination before starting Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) method. Materials Methods: In this prospective study, 111 couples who underwent unexplained infertility were admitted Al-Farah IVF assisted reproductive center Baghdad, Iraq between November 2020 February 2021 evaluated. Semen analysis was performed based on (WHO 4th) guiding rules. addition, Sperm Chromatin Dispersion (halo test) with Aniline Blue Stain (ABS). Results: (SCD) groups compared terms of outcome; positive rate found be above normal SCD (p = 0.0005). (ABS) higher ABS group 0.017). Conclusion: Our showed that use fragmentation together semen cases will make a significant contribution prediction increased results. So, these results indicate defect effect outcome insemination.
